Boxing technique : the Swarmer

The swarmer/fighter uses his strength to overwhelm his opponent with pressure. His punches are very strong and requires lots of training. This boxing technique it is not recommended for long career boxers, as the training required to execute this technique can lead to a gradual degradation and the boxing fighters will not be able to continue boxing with this rhythm for too many years.



Boxing technique : the Out-Boxer

The Out-Boxer is the opposite of the Swarmer. 
This technique is based on quick moves and requires agility. The Out-Boxer is known for their fast moving feet and rely on wins by points, on not on knock out. 




Boxing technique : the Slugger

The Slugger Boxing Technique is as brutal as it can be in sports. It may knock out from the first punch. Is the most brutal style of boxing. However, this brutality and heavy punching it is not accompanied by agility. They are not very fast boxers and they cannot follow other technique-boxers like the Out-Boxer. The Slugger and the Swarmer are often confused due to the similar punching strength and brutality. 


Boxing Equipment

The boxing equipment is very easy to achieve. You can even create at home, in a room or garage a few useful boxing equipments like a boxing bag and some gloves. They are not expensive at all. And once you have everything set you can start your free lessons from internet and practice. Find and follow an exercise program and then create your boxing schedule.
